Philip Burns is a Spirit-filled pastor, author, speaker, recovery advocate, and apostolic leader with more than 30 years of ministry experience. He serves as Lead Pastor of Relentless Worship Center in Dalton, Georgia and is the founder of Breakthrough Recovery, a Christ-centered discipleship and recovery movement.
