Philip Burns is a Spirit-filled pastor, author, speaker, recovery advocate, and apostolic leader with more than 30 years of ministry experience. He serves as Lead Pastor of Relentless Worship Center in Dalton, Georgia, a church built on the conviction that revival is not a season, it is a lifestyle.

He is the founder of Breakthrough Recovery, a Christ-centered discipleship and recovery movement helping people find real, lasting freedom from life-controlling issues, shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, and destructive patterns. He is also founder of Burns Kingdom Group, Relentless Ministry Network, and Breakthrough School of Ministry.
